This Victorian house renovation in Tottenham focused on improving comfort, layout, energy efficiency and everyday practicality while respecting the original character of the property.

TNK Construction added insulation to all external walls, installed new engineered flooring throughout the home and fitted high quality cast iron radiators to complement the Victorian style.

The project also included a new warm deck flat roof to improve thermal performance, preparation for a future rear and side extension, and several internal layout upgrades across the upper floors.

A new family bathroom was created between the master bedroom and second bedroom, complete with a skylight to bring natural light into the space.

The ceilings were carefully lowered to create additional loft storage, while the boiler was moved upstairs to save space in the kitchen and reduce noise.

The result is a warmer, more practical and more refined family home, ready for the next stage of extension works.
