This two storey side extension in Chingford was designed to help the homeowners maximise their existing maisonette and create valuable additional living space.

Completed in under three months, the project included a new study that can also be used as a bedroom, a secondary toilet, a bright child’s room, a guest bedroom, a family bathroom, and a newly formed en suite for the master bedroom.

As part of the wider refurbishment, TNK Construction also improved the staircase area by creating a new opening to bring in more natural light, before completing the project with a newly refurbished kitchen.

The result is a more spacious, practical and comfortable home, carefully adapted around the needs of the family.
