We’re delighted to unveil our latest refurbishment project in the heart of Islington. This charming Victorian home came to us in a state of disrepair, but our team at TNK has successfully restored it – and ahead of the planned timeline.
From the start, our goal was to honour the character of the property while elevating its functionality and style. One of the standout features is the beautifully restored, original sunken wooden floor – a protected element we've meticulously brought back to life. We also introduced a striking new chimney that enhances both the aesthetics and structural integrity of the home.

Throughout the property, we replaced standard radiators with elegant cast iron alternatives, perfectly in keeping with the home's period charm. Each room now features refined wall panelling and seamlessly integrated built-in wardrobes that blend practicality with design finesse.
Upstairs, a brand-new bathroom has been added to the top floor, accessed via a reimagined staircase that improves flow and accessibility.

Finally, the entire home has been treated to a flawless, fresh coat of paint, inside and out – a perfect finishing touch for a remarkable revival.
